Don't be afraid of high intensities - just 45 minutes of morning activation for body and mind!
Strengthening, coordination and mobilization of the body with and without small equipment form the basis of this varied workout.
When: Tue. May 20 to July 15, 2025 (9 sessions, weekly Tuesday)
Time: 07:45 - 08:30 a.m.
Location: Drawing room, main building, 2nd floor

What to bring: if possible your own mat, towel, water bottle
